Will you restock any sold out bags?

Possibly? Because we work in small batches, it is sometimes impossible to find the same leathers due to discontinuation. (We’ve learned the hard way!) If there is a bag you love that has sold out, shoot us an email and we’ll see about another production run.

Wait, the leather in my bag has a small scratch in it?

Good! This means the free range cow probably walked through a pricker bush. We look for leathers that are minimally or ethically processed, so some small blemishes may be visable. To limit waste, we use as much of the leather as possible, all while maintaining our high standards.


Do you offer discounts and sales?

Yes! We will include discount codes in our newsletters on occasion. Sign up to receive our emails! We will also post discount codes to our social media pages. (Follow us on Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter)


How quickly will my purchase ship?

Orders typically ship within 3 business days of when the order is placed. There is a flat rate of $6.99 per order. 

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, but we will soon. If you see something you like and you live outside of the US, send us an email and we'll see what we can do.


We do hope that you love your bag. But if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase. We can only take unused bags in their original dustcover. Returns that are clearly used cannot be processed.

How do I return a bag?

To initiate the return process, please email, with Return in the subject line. Please include your Order number and reason for return in your email.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Can I exchange a bag?

We are currently not able to accept exchanges due to the limited small batch production.


Can I stock BEVY bags in my retail shop?

We are currently only selling through our online shop, but we’d love to chat. Please send an email to with “Wholesale” in the subject.
